In a few weeks, the SMT-Alcom Group will open another production site on a floor space of 22,500m² and double its capacity.
The new site serves as a central processing facility for compatible profile systems for mechanical engineering, solar, window and door systems, customised special profiles and the assembly of frames according to customer specifications.
- 20 modern automatic sawing machines with a capacity of up to 35,000KG of blanks per day
- 5 CNC-controlled centres for processing profiles according to customer specifications
- Fully automated production control with insight into the current production status of each customer order
- 3 shifts on 5 working days as well as double shifts on weekends
- Daily loading of the large and modern fleet of trucks in our own Factory Transport
